Manufacturing
Manufacturing & quality
From structural fabrication through paint, trim, and final finishing — every stage happens under one roof. Each bus body leaves our plant fully built, road-ready, and cleared for regulatory approval on your chassis.
Plant & process
We follow tried, tested and latest process to manufacture buses. Our plant is equipped with all the latest plant and machinery — from phosphating tanks and shearing machines to MIG welding stations and a fully equipped tool room.
We have a separate department for development of fibre dies and an in-house facility for moulding fibre components of buses.
