We wish to introduce ourselves as leading manufacturer of bus bodies. The company was established and incorporated in 2005. We started commercial production in 2005 itself. The Company was set up to manufacture high quality of coaches and mobility solutions.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
We have a team of qualified and experienced engineers who are exposed to latest trends in design and styling of vehicles. These engineers work on latest software for designing and optimizing the products to ensure light weight, rigidity, long life, rattale free drive, more tyre life and higher mileage. We give aerodynamic design of exteriors and plush interiors. We are equipped with the latest equipments for bus manufacturing. Our shower testing equipment is considered to be the best among all the bus body builders.
We are also amongst the top 10 best body builders in India as certified by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). We are the best body builders of School Buses in North India. We are amongst the top 3 best body builders of North India. We provide end to end service with next to neglibible complaints in our buses. Our safety standards are considered as a benchmark by other body builders.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND MACHINERY
We follow tried, tested and latest process to manufacture buses. Our plant is equipped with all the latest plant and machinery like phosphating tanks, pipe cutters, press machine, shearing machines, drill machines, grinders, mig welding machines, well equipped tool room. We have separate department for development of fibre dies and in house facility for molding of fibre components of buses.
We have long list of reputed transporters, state transport undertakings, companies and school/colleges as our customer.
All our customers are regular and give us repeat orders as we manufacture quality product/buses and provide better service.State Transport Corporation Undertakings and almost all our customers has given us various repeat orders since they started business with us. We manufacture buses with latest designs and technology in the industry and we use best available raw material to manufacture the buses.
We have qualified and experienced staff and workers having years of experience in manufacturing of buses. We have capacity to produce around thirty five to fourty buses per month. We boost of zero/negligible defect or complaint in our buses.
